All passengers traveling from Mexico to the United States with a tourist visa must process their permit on the website https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/ before arriving in Laredo, TX. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to enter the country.
According to the same regulations, passengers are only allowed to bring two wheeled carry-on suitcases, and if bringing a cooler, it must have wheels.
Tickets are non-refundable and not valid for any errors made by the customer during the process.
